Mic and Headphones Set?

I'm looking for a Mic and Heaphones set?

I have three options which are under my AUD150 budget.

The following:
Corsair Vengeance 2100 Wireless Headset
or
Audiotechnica AT9904 chestclip microphone and Aerial7 Chopper2 Headphones
or
Pop Filter, Boom Desktop Mic Stand, TH040 Microphone (Generic) and Philips SHC5100 Wireless Heaphones

I have an ASUS ROG motherboard with the Surpreme FX Sound, would you count that?

you have an asus mobo ? is that so? thats already fine with you the mobo is already engineered as great as a dedicated sound card.
