Mic doesn't work with headset splitter

but when i plugged it into my pc only the sound worked with it.

My mic works when i plug my headset directly into the mic plug but then i obviously can't hear any sound.
my headset is a turtle beach px24. Please help!

I'm not sure what you are trying to do but you can not use that splitter with both a headset and a mic at the same time...no way...no how.

From what I searched, that headset comes with an amp, they input/output both mic and audio

Why are you using that splitter?
