Mic for Steam Link?

Ok, so I'm one of the people who got a steam link and steam controller, and thinks it's amazing. But I'm not here to talk about why everyone thinks it sucks for some reason. What I need is a mic that I can use at my TV. I'm not talking about a Headset, that's easy to find. I just need a microphone that I can use, preferably one that I can put on my TV stand. The reason I don't want to use a headset is because I have surround sound at my TV. My TV that has my steam link is the one in my bedroom so I only sit about 8-10 feet away, but I don't know what mics can detect from that far. Hopefully one of you guys know of one. Thanks!

Won't just be an issue of your mic picking up you - it's also going to pick up the surround sound, as well.

Other than that, I haven't tried a mic with the Steam Link.
