Mic for talking to friends

Currently I have a steel series headset with a built in mic but alot of my friends complain about them hearing the audio coming from my headset example is when I watch a youtube video they can hear it clearly. I need a way too fix it or a cheap mic that can be attached to my headset

Can't just attach it to headset, it's built in. What you need is separate mic to separate Mic input to the computer. Unless you want to sing opera, any microphone would do it.

lower the sound in your headset when your talking to pother people
or get a table top mic, you will have to disable the headset mic on it to get only the desktop mic to work, otherwise feedback well happen.
I use a Yeti mic very happy
