Mic on my hyperx cloud is not picking up sound

The headset I got today microphone is not working. The mic is being detected but dosen't pick up sound. The mic works, but not on my pc.

Try wired before trying wireless. Also make sure that the mic plug is tightly pushed in, mine kept disconnecting until I gave it force. Don't be scared to put a lot of power when putting the mic.
