Mic questions

Okay so my mic has terrible quality on it, its full of static. So im looking for a new mic, or a good headset with a good mic.


For a separate mic i was looking at a BlueMic, which i like but i dont have a lot of room on my desk, if i were to put it off to the left, in a recording would it sound like im on the left of the person listening?

Or i could get a new headset, that has good audio, and a good mic, anyone have any suggestions?

Budget is $100
