Mic Recording w/Specific Features

Hello all!

I'm looking for help finding an application that can do microphone recording with the following features:

• 
  ■ Hotkey button to start/stop recording (recording can be started while recording program is not in focus)
  ■ Multiple Push to Talk buttons
  ■ Options to record JUST the mic or a mic with background sound

Audacity is really close, but I can't see to figure out how to get the hotkey to work while it's in the background and I can't find any PTT options with it. :/ Maybe I just need a bit of training though. I'm willing to pay money to buy the program, if needed. I just need something.

Fraps has a hotkey, push to talk but not the last one! Audacity is good couldn't you just edit it? Also, Window Media Live MP3's or Narratives!
