Icahn is starting to sound more and more like an annoying assclown, OK Dell as a company has made a lot of mistakes but admittedly most of them after Micheal Dell no longer had a real controlling influence, when he started the company he had a good idea and executed it well. I can see it akin to Apple after Steve Jobs first ousting, if Michael returns could we see a resurgence of Dell in the same manner? Evidence, he started the company and knows how to run it right, also couldn't run it any worse than the current monkeys.

I work for Dell's largest competitor so their missteps are somewhat laughable over here. But let's be real for a moment. Michael Dell is right in everything he's asking for. There's nothing he's asking for that isn't smarter and better than what Dell's board is driving towards.
