Ok, all joking aside (and it was covered pretty thoroughly by the previous posters)... what the hell would be the basis for content? Who is the target audience?
Historically, stand-alone games of this nature do very poorly (owing to the fact that they predictably suck). Producing a successful MMO is even more difficult. Even when you have content and back-story out the wazoo, and a ready-made fan base (e.g. Star Wars Galaxies, Star Trek Online), you are still far from guaranteed success. I know MJ has a lot of loyal fans... but how many of them are into the gaming scene? With SWG and STO, you know that most of them are probably into games; and again, those MMOs were only marginally successful (as compared to undeniable MMO successes such as UO, EQ, and WoW). Even using a free-to-play model, I just don't see this thing making it more than a few months.
