Hi all,
Recently built a new PC with the following case and motherboard.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119088
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157241
Everything installed just fine but I had an issue that I couldn't find much about on the internet.
One of my mobo screw holes does not have a corresponding case standoff or even a hole for a standoff.
The other six holes are screwed in fine and the mobo seems well supported in the areas that count (near ram). There was a little flex installing the front panel connectors but nothing that seemed harmful.
There IS a standoff about an inch away from the mobo hole (it doesn't touch the mobo).
Anybody seen this on micro ATX builds?
