Micro ATX board for 8350?

Can anyone recommend a good micro ATX board for an AMD 8350 that is $70 or below?

the Gigabyte needs to have BIOS version F3 or later

I hope you understand the system will boot even with a lower BIOS version, but for the motherboard to report and auto configure itself right.

The first time you turn on you computer, access the BIOS and make sure the right BIOS version is present.

Motherboard don't always have the latest Bios version installed

So would the Gigabyte MB also be good? And if I have to install a new version of the BIOs would i have to do it through a usb?

yes the Gigabyte will work good too.

not sure about the update process. it should be stated in there user manual which you should be able to download
