Hi, I'm building a desktop with a discrete graphics card (think around the length of a generic 660Ti) for a friend.

The friend wants to bring his desktop as a carryon, which has the dimensional limits of 22"x14"x9". Or 558.8 x 355.6mm x 228.6mm

Anyone here have any recommendations for this size limit? I mean, some are close but don't quite get through, and though security's pretty lenient, I don't want him to risk it every time he flies (getting home as a college student).
It may be asking too much for the case to look discreet and doesn't try to look like a flashy gaming rig (unlike the bitfenix prodigy, but on the other hand good god the SG09 is ugly)

Some preliminary research of cases.
Tj-08: 15.16"x14.72"x8.27"
Arc mini: 484mm x 405 mm x 210mm
FT 03: 11.18" x 9.25" x 19.17"

Solution
probably not going to find a micro atx case that will fit inside an airlines size requirements

22"L x 14"H x 9"W would fit on any airplane. trick is you pretty much need a mitx case to fit inside those dimensions... something like the Silverstone SG05 or Coolermaster Elite 120, or the Lian-Li PC-TU200B
