Micro ATX heatsink options

Fitting a heatsink, generally does not have anything to do with the motherboard itself. It's mostly dependent on the case of choice.

You could fit a mATX motherboard on a full tower case and just about any cooler will fit. Some mATX cases will work with that cooler so it's dependent on the case you are considering.

I have this case. It is a leftover from an old build so I figure I'll put it to use:

Running a Pentium D. Right now it has Intel's stock cooler on it but I'm overclocking and would like something a little better...at 100% load it hits 65C on the stock cooling.

Do you think the Zalman 9500 or 9300 would be better options? I think they are both a little bit slimmer.

Mostly I'm worried about the uppermost fins of the HS hitting the PSU.
