Question Micro-ATX motherboard for AMD Ryzen 7 3700X?

Looking for a decent Micro-ATX motherboard for AMD Ryzen 7 3700X.
Depends on budget. If you have $180, go Dark Lords suggestion.

If you want to spend $100 less, this will work with 90% of the features of X570.

Is the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X a good CPU for the long run?
Depends. Much like old I7s, i suspect it will still be hanging in there for years to come.

Yep. Ryzen also needs fast (3000MHz+) DDR4 in dual channel otherwise performance is crippled.
Alright, by the way, part picker says: Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

That is true. Buying online can be a problem for that if they don't make it clear it's 'Ryzen 3000 Ready'. MSI makes an entire board line that's specifically ready for Ryzen 3000 CPU's. It's called the MAX line and includes B450m Mortar MAX which is probably the best mATX board for AM4 CPU's.

But AMD also has a loaner program where they loan you a CPU to do the update:
