If this is your first build, I'd recommend going with the ATX as it will give you more flexibility and room to work. You'll have plenty of space in your case, but the uATX has less real estate to work with than the ATX board, especially when it comes to CPU coolers which, with OCing, is critical. The upper end uATX boards are just about as capable as their larger brothers when it comes to OCing, but typically ATX will give you more capacity when it comes to power phases, VRM, and heat dissipation. All else being equal, the OC triangle is temperature, voltage, and cooling. With systems and settings that are identical except for the mobo, I'd put my money on the ATX for performance.
