Micro Bubbles in New PC Watercool Build

Issue: Foaming(Micro Bubbles) in the system.

So I built the system ran it with distilled water and it was running fine, there was large bubbles that eventually came out after 5 mins, there were no micro bubbles.

Then I completely drained the system and added the distilled water pre mixed with EK-CRYOFUEL Clear and now I have these micro bubbles.

The water is fine going from the top pump into the CPU block, but out of the CPU mono block block its micro bubbly, in and out of the front radiator its bubbly, out of the bottom pump into the GPU its fine, out of the GPU block into the back radiator its fine and finally out of the back radiator into the top pump it is bubbly.

Is this normal? It seems as though the GPU block is causing the bulk of the bubbles and the Front+Rear Radiators are causing a small amount micro bubbles.

It has been running for about an hour now and it does seem as though its getting better but I am not sure.

Thoughts anyone?

Now, I'm not too experienced with the water cooling thing here, but from what I can tell its probably just some turbulence coming from the block that is giving you issues. If you've just built the system, there probably isn't any issue with things being stuck in the block, but that doesn't mean that with heat and a lot of flow, that there won't be any bubbles created by turbulence. Now, would you be able to slow down the pump a little bit? I know as the water slows down maybe it won't get caught on stuff and have that turbulence that we now know and love. BTW, system looks beautiful, nice work OP.

Awesome build first off. Looks great! Microbubbles generally take more time to work themselves out. Surprised your first distilled test had gotten rid of them so fast. What RPM are your pumps at as mentioned. It takes a few days for microbubbles to work themselves out of my loop after a drain/fill cycle. Also, looks like sharpie "bend lines" are on the tubing still. I do the same thing for marking

On a concerning note, where exactly is that noise coming from in video? A vibration somewhere? Hopefully not a pump starving a bit.

^ Like the man says, it can take a while for these tiny bubbles to work out, it's probably just down to the new coolant having slightly different properties to distilled water.
Looks like the pumps are running pretty fast, try turning them down a bit, it'll prevent those little bubbles from staying in suspension in the reservoirs and being picked up, then recirculated by the pumps.
