News Micro Center has the Ryzen 5000 Series in Some Stores

"this is limited to certain locations and requires adventuring into the wasteland,"

PRETTY INSULTING COMMENT! Apparently Ohio and Texas are tech leaders!

Columbus has one 5900x and 25+5800x. Cleveland also has 25+ 5800x.

This morning @ westbury NY store there were 10pcs 5900x, and fair quantities of 5800x / 5600x.....at opening. Also there seemed to be good stock of RTX 3070 AIB cards.
Personally managed to get a 5900x and a 3070.

Suddenly, I'm not so sure I'm a fan of Micro Center (Twin Cities, MN). Checked stock a couple of hours ago. 1x5800x @ $449.99 and 23x5600x @ $219.99.
Now it's showing 1x5800x @ $449.99 and 7x5600x @ $299.99

Sorry if that comes off wrong, but I think this is a case of a general comment being taken out of context, though I can see how it could be misconstrued.

".There is a catch, though: you'll have to go outside. While online stock on Zen 3 CPUs is still as hard to find as ever, some Micro Center stores are reporting that they have Ryzen 5000 units ready for in-store pickup. Obviously, this is limited to certain locations and requires adventuring into the wasteland, but it’s a good reminder not to give up on finding the latest tech quite yet. " [emphasis added]

The comment is in regards to the general situation of having to go outside in these times of the pandemic, not in reference to a specific location or state, etc.

Can someone respond, why doesn't Best Buy have any stock since day one. When I say nothing, I mean nothing. It says online only but I am wondering if they are getting them in the stores and not placing them online. Does anyone know?
