Micro center open box+sale

I have been looking at the Ryzen 5 1600 and I was wondering if I get a open box for it and there is a sale on it will they both add together

Depends on the details in the store, sale prices could only apply to new retail boxes, or it could include open box as well.
Ask in store to be sure.
