Question micro freeze every 30 minutes while gaming

sorry everyone for the post, I hope I'm in the right section, it's my first time here.
The problem is the following: During my gaming sections, regardless of the game, every 30 minutes a freeze starts for less than 1 second and then everything returns to normal but I don't understand the nature of this little stutter.
My config:
rtx 2080 zotac
ryzen 5 3600
16 gb ram 3200mhz 650w psu bronze
b450 asus prime
no oc

Look in Reliability History/Monitor for any error codes, warnings, or informational events that occur just before or at the time of the observed freezes.

Also look in Task Scheduler for any settings that may be triggering on a 30 minute cycle.

Failing that, you can take an even closer look via Event Viewer.

Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.
