hi all guys, sorry for my bad english.
10 days ago I decided to upgrade my old pc by buying a brand new motherboard (Asus Tuf Gaming B550-Plus), processor (AMD RYZEN 5 x5600) and ram (Corsair Vengeance 2x8Gb DDR4 3600Mhz c18) from amazon.
For a few days I used the PC with an SSD that I already owned (Samsung 860 evo 500gb SATA3) and I didn't have any kind of problem.
a few days ago I bought a Samsung 980 Pro nvme 250gb from amazon to use it as the main system disk.
I did a clean installation of windows 10 pro x64 into nvme by installing all the latest drivers... and I started having audio and video freeze problems, which last 1 second, every time I play or use 3d graphics programs.
I know quite well in the world of hardwre and software, so I would rule out an assembly issues(I have always assembled my pc by myself without any problem) but I am not familiar with the bios uefi (my last pc I assembled it 8 years ago ).
I ask for your help to solve the problem.
PC features:
-Asus Tuf Gaming B550-Plus
-RYZEN 5 x5600
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo (dual 120mm fan)
-Corsair Vengeance 2x8Gb DDR4 3600Mhz c18
-Samsung 980 Pro nvme 250gb (OS and programs) (M2_1 slot)
-2x WD Green SSD 250Gb SATA (Games)
-WD Purple 1Tb SATA (Archive)
-Asus GTX 1060 3Gb (pcie slot 16x_1)
-Sound Blaster z (1x_2 pcie slot)
-Corsair TX 850W 80+

Diagnose your SSD with Samsung Magician.

If 980 pro is operating in PCIE 4.0 mode, try switching it to PCIE 3.0 mode and see, if that resolves freezes.
Thx for reply, the magician's complete diagnostic scan give me a good result
i don't know if is important but....BIOS>Advanced>SATA configuration there is a list of sata devices and under m2_1 bios show "not present"
