I go the z97 MB because I was going to upgrade the prosser later to a k series so I can overclock but other than that I would like imput on my build before I start to buy the parts.

With the power supply, you can get this one for cheaper at the same wattage:

Other than that, I'd say it looks good. Just make sure there aren't any clearance issues with the CPU heatsink and the case or RAM.

That CPU cooler might not fit, it's so wide it's probably going to block both the RAM and PCI Express slots. I haven't done the measurements, but you might want to check that out before buying.

I've built a couple of Mini ITX rigs and using an AIO water cooler is a much better solution for mini ITX motherboards. I have the Antec Kuhler 620 in my current gaming PC.
