Question Micro SD cant format

Hi, I have a 64GB micro SD. I put NOOB on it, boot in with a Raspberry Pi 4 B and during the installation of Lakka+Kodi+Raspbian I turn off the machine. That cause the interruption during the installation.
Now when I insert the ssd in a PC it start to be slower, and I can't find a way to format it. As well, I have tried Parted in Kali Linux and with com and rm I have "Error: input/output error during write on /dev/sda".
Can somebody please help me?
