micro sd card become readonly after power off

I have a micro sd card that become read-only when my device rebooted in the middle of writing.

I can mount it rw, copy files and ever dd - no write errors reproted but nothing changes physically on device.

What is hardware nature of this falure and is it possible to prevent it in the future or recover card?

There is no locker, at least no movable parts. If I put this micro sd card to adapter and move lock on adapter, card mounted read-only and I get clear visible error about write-protected media.

But in my case I can write without any errors, but all data being dropped silently.

So I suspect that locke is not in action here.
