micro sd card cannot be read by PC while using usb adapter

I got a 64 GB micro SD card and a micro SD to USB adapter.
when I use the micro SD with a SD adapter, windows easily recognize it but when I use it with my micro SD to USB adapter, it says it needs formatting but can not format it afterwards or it says no disk inserted and cannot recognize it.
How can I solve this issue. I got this micro SD adapter to use my phone memories easily on computers...

You could try the same SD to USB adapter with a different computer to see if the same thing happens. You could also try reinstalling/updating its drivers to see if it works with your micro SD card afterwards.
What do you mean by "use my phone memories" do you mean that you've tried this adapter with another micro SD card?

I actually did the same on using it on another computer or updating all drivers on windows which is related to mass storage or USB controller but still no result. by the way the adapter is plug and play and does not need any driver for it.
