micro sd card cannot delete file

I cannot delete file from my micro sd card via pc or even file explorer of my phone.
Just now i try format my sd card inside the phone, after it erase, pop, all file still there.
need help ~

Is this a system file or a file that you put onto it ? Some system files and folders put on by the manufacturer / carrier are non deletable. Can you create new folders and then delete them ? Phones have limited functionality with data handling you should do your 'operations' with the card inserted (in a holder) in your computer. Go to disk management in windows to see options for reformatting and partitioning.
