I partitioned my sd card through clockworkmod recovery on my xperia mini and at first it seemed to work great. It wasnt the first time I partitioned it, and it wasnt the first sd card I partitioned. It has 3 partitions:
fat32: 10.66 GB;
ext4: 3.81 GB
and swap: 244.60 MB
I managed to copy a zip file to it (rom) but after that i couldn copy anything else,nor delete the file. I tried to format it through my phone,and through a laptop with an sd card reader,with no luck. I used sd formatter, many partition software and windows disk managment with no luck.
Also tried it on linux,through terminal,with gparted and disks,but it didnt work. I can use it in my phone, but after i unmount it and mount it again my files are deleted and the zip file is back even after deleting it.Any help would be apreciated.

Doesn't make any difference. There is a wide range of qualities across the SD cards. Not to mention it is an item that has limited write cycles anyways.

I've had a couple now fail essentially in the manner you describe. I'd bet if you try a new card, all your problems go away. Also note, since you probably can't erase anything at this point, I would destroy the SD card before you get rid of it if you had any personal data on it.
