Question Micro SD card formatting to lower capacity

I've watched many videos and look at many forums solutions.
I'm having a difficult time trying to fix the sd card. I know that it works because I can access it through the IP address from Networks. I can see everything inside the card.
However, when I insert the sd card into the pc, it wants me to format it. When I try to format it tells me that I can't do it.
So, I watched some videos on how to do it. The problem now is that no matter what I do it keeps formatting to 3-4MB. The sd card is 256GB.
I tried EaseUs, Disk Management, and dispart. Nothing has fixed it.

Is there anything else I can do to recover the size?

What Windows version and what card reader are you using?

Old Windows and card reader can't read your 256GB SD card.

Old Windows and card reader can't read your 256GB SD card.

I have Windows 10 and the Card Reader is an old one. It should have read it because it has read another 256GB before.
