Micro SD Card is Unsupported on Samsung Tab s2

When I put the micro SD card, which is a Samsung EVO 32GB, in my Samsung Tab s2 I get a notification that says "Unsupported SD card. Touch to set up in a supported format." When I try I get a pop up saying command '70 volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with '400 79 Command failed'. I also tried putting the micro SD card in my computer to reformat it, but it won't show up like other SD cards do.
