Micro SD card not detected after I deleted a partition

Hello,
So I deleted a partition on my new Micro SD card and from what I've seen in a few posts from this website that was a huge mistake.
It is 100% unrecognizable. I just bought it and it was very expensive. I've read in some other posts about ways to make it recognizable again by creating a new partition, but I don't know how to do this. I've tried a lot of partition recovery and file recovery programs but they don't recognize the card so there's nothing I can do. How do I write something in an unrecognizable drive?

Appreciate all the help I can get.

Seems like you have a card reader for a computer. Start the diskpart utility at a command line prompt, type in "list disk", note the drive number of the SD card, type in "select disk X" using that number, then type in "clean". That will wipe everything off the card. Open disk manager, the card should show there as blank, right-click on it and create a new partition. Make sure you have the correct disk selected, the clean command will wipe the disk in seconds.
