Question Micro SD turned in to FAT32, no access, what do i do?

My micro SD card suddenly at point of ejection turned to FAT32 cant access again. All saved in cant see. Tried solutions I saw in house on what to do using TestDisk 7.2-WIP, data recovery utility...yet no help. I got several errors.
Wanted to upload screenshot but not working.

so it can see it as fat32 but no data? or you can't access it at all?
