[SOLVED] Micro SD undetectable

At some point I forgot I had an SD card in my phone, but after filling up my storage 2-3 times, I checked the card's storage and my phone couldn't see that there is something in that slot. Got a card reader for my PC, same deal. It recognized the USB reader itself, but nothing else. This is the second reader I tried. Is it dead/encrypted? How can I tell if I cant access it ?

if it encrypted, you can still see it but not access it.
look like it is dead
