Question Micro stutter in all games with a Ryzen 7800X3D CPU and a 7900 XTX GPU ?

Hi,

my prob:
All games have microstutter in them

What did i try too fix it?
- reinstalled windows 11
- DDU
- virus scannes etc from windows disable
- ftpm disabled
- no oc / xmp
- frame limit
- vsync on/off
- MPO disabled
- c1e disabled
- updated bios to latest version
