Micro Stuttering in almost everygame!

Hello everyone,

my old graphics card (HD7950) gone broken and I had to buy a new one. Because I am on a budget, I bought a 1050TI. I also make a fresh install off Windows 10.

Ok, now I have the problem, that I have micro stuttering in everygame! I tried many things from other forums, but nothing helped. But something is strange about those stutters. Game like CS:GO and Il2 Sturmovik battle of stalingrad are unplayable. Others like WOWS and COH2 run playable. I have micro Stutters too in the last ones, but not as heavy as in CS:GO and Il2.

Did someone have a solution for my problem?

Bequit Pure power 10
8GB Corsair Vengeance

Hmm, it is better. But there is still micro lagging
