[SOLVED] Micro stuttering in Fortnite can not find a fix!

Hi been suffering with micro stuttering on fortnite running a geoforce 1070 and 16gb ram I7 -8700 have tried adjusting Nvidia controls to performance and tried turning down my FPS but made no difference I have multi threading enabled on fortnite and v sync disabled also have g sync on my monitor. Any help would be appreciated it is so annoying.

are you overclocking anything? are your drivers up to date? Are you using ssd or hdd?

Using hdd all drivers up to date and no Overclocking.

how odd is ur HDD, many games will stutter with older HDD

An SSD may help here. Some games frequently go to the HDD, for information, and a slow HDD can cause stutters.
