micro stuttering when playing cpu and gpu intensive games/videos

Hi just built my computer couple weeks ago and have noticed these little micro stutters that freezes up my computer and makes a horrible audio brrrr sound. It happens when i open up a video or game and then occasionally happens throughout playing or watching videos, its more intense while playing intensive video games.

Here are my computer specs:
Motherboard: X370 Gaming plus (MS-7A33)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core Processor
Memory: Crucial 8GB Single DDR4
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Power supply: EVGA 700 B1 80+ Bronze 700W
HD: Seagate 1TB
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Your issue is most likely the fact that you have 8gb ram in SINGLE channel. Get another 8gb matching stick or sell your current stick and buy a kit (3000mhz). Run it in dual channel and it'll make a huge difference. Ryzen systems need fast ram in dual channel
