Question Micro stuttering with my MSI GTX 1660ti

I'm facing Micro stuttering with my msi gtx 1660ti gpu in all games (ex: Metro exodus, Dirt rally 2, NFS Payback, Far cry 5 etc). Don't know whats the reason behind this but
I have tried to install different versions of drivers but still it's exist. Help me please.

My Config;

CPU: i5 7500
GPU: MSI GTX 1660TI Gaming x
Mobo: MSI B250m bazooka
RAM: Avexir ddr4 8gb 2400 MHz
SSD: Samsung evo 860 500gb
PSU: Antec vp550p

Cpu/gpu temperature is around 60° while playing games.
Ram/cpu/gpu usage around 75%.

This does not help much. "Around" can be many things. Download HWmonitor and take a screenshot while idle and another after a gaming session of 20-30 mins.

8GB of RAM is not much for gaming. Some stutter might happen because of that. Even worse if it's only 1 stick of RAM.
So, I would suggest to upgrade to 16GB of RAM with 2 sticks of the same kit and not mix and match brands and speeds.

I just bought MSI GTX 1660 TI GAMING X in store and everytime i uninstall the driver it seems to magically recognise again and it is so bloody laggy in game
