Micro stutters in 75% of the games and benchmark.

8gb Corsair vengeance 3000mhz[single channel]
VS650w
Msi B450m Pro Vdh motherboard
1080p@60hz
OS on SSD Kingston A400 120gb
1TB WD blue 7200mhz
Running at latest windows 10 Pro till date. Same for the bios.

Split second stutter in games like watchdog 2, ac Odyssey, bf1, witcher 3.

Directly from 70s fps to 8, 2, etc , etc fps.

Cannot determine the problem if its cpu, gpu, motherboard, windows, drivers, fault.

Unigine heaven benchmark gives me minimum of 9.1 fps. Avg being 90s.
Superposition benchmark gives 24.x fps. And avg being 30.

In some games like ac Odyssey i notice cpu and gpu spike when micro stutters occur.

Xbox gamebar and Nvidia GeForce experience are disabled and not installed, respectively.

Temps are good. Cpu below 60°C, Gpu under 80°C on on 3.9ghz OC at 1.3750V. Along with CPU usage in 90s% and Gpu 99%, less or more.

Cinebench scores are good for both cpu and gpu taking a video on youtube as reference point.

Searching for 2months. Cannot call who's fault is it.

Im have the same anoying issue getting Microstuttering in some games and i dont know what thing can be causing this. I tried everything Reinstalling windows downloading everysingle driver even updating the Bios buying new SSD Trying with different RAM GPU And the microstuttering still here the next thing i will try is changing my Power Supply And Trying different Monitor. And when i tried the other GPU the microstuttering wasnt in games. The difference with my Gpu and the other Gpu that the other doesnt use the Power supply it is connected to the Motherboard
