Question Micro stutters

So since a couple of days i've been experiencing micro stutters just in normal PC usage, I've been looking around and tried some fixes but nothing seems to help.
I used DPC Latency Checker and these are the result:

I get the stuttering even when I'm not playing any games or something
My specs are:
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: R5 3600
Memory: 16GB DDR4

What did you try to avert the issue you've spoken of(identified)? That's so that we're not repeating things that didn't work for you.

I tried turning off some of the USB controllers and followed a tutorial but that didn't do anything. So I haven't tried much because I couldn't really find fixes.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk
RAM: 16GB Corsair vengeance 3200 Mhz
SSD (Boot drive) : Samsung 860 EVO 250GB
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1TB
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: coolermaster 500W
OS: Windows 10 Pro
