MicroATX motherboard question

I'm looking to replace my current MicroATX motherboard that measures 9.6" x 9.6". Do I have to replace it with a board that is the same measurement, or will any MicroATX board fit in my case. I am stuck between the Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2 (9.6" x 9.6") and the MSI G33M-FI (9.5" x 9.5"). Also, are the G33 MicroATX boards the most current boards, or is there something newer? Thanks for your help in advance.

I have the GA-G33M-DSR2. It is a little nicer than the -S2, built with better components.
But, the form factor is the same; mounting holes will be in the same place on any micro-ATX board.
