They are usually ONLY available in store. You can see them online and even purchase them, but you are limited to In Store Pickup.

I meant in a physical store. When you walk in a store can you get 40 dollars off eligible products like you can in the online store?

Yes, that's only way to get the items. The processors are "In Store" only and a lot of the motherboards are as well.
And my current CPU/Motherboard were purchased at the Columbus Ohio Microcenter via a bundle.

I think that what he is asking is if you bought the bundle through the online store or you went directly to the store and asked for a cpu and motherboard
