microcode update for support 3rd generation intel

Hi. my motherboard Giga P67A-UD3R (rev 1.0) and not support 3rd generation intel
my main question : If the microcodes are updated in the way I teach in this link, my motherboard will support the third generation.

question 1 : This method automatically installs micro-codes for each motherboard??? Considering that all the AMD and Intel updates are in a folder and then installs it.
question 2 : Updating the cpu microcodes does not damage the motherboard BIOS information.

Unfortunately, GIGABYTE did not update BIOS for this model.

I can use bios F9 (P67A-UD3R-B3 rev 1.1) for my motherboard.
