Question Microlag issue on AMD PC build

Hello I have a problem with my computer, for a few months since I use it, so I am faced with the problem that once in a while for example in 3 days or a week so during the use of the computer occurs audio microlag + video lag mouse and it lasts only a second and then it stops, still in vain trying to figure out what it can be. I tried to lower the voltage on the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor according to my friend's instructions but it didn't help and it still continues. Can I ask for help to solve this problem?

How to describe the problem? The thing is that a microlag occurs something like in the game but at 2 FPS along with audio and it lasts only a millisecond if not just 1 second and then it disappears, then the computer runs normally. I can't exactly describe the microlag, I would compare microlag to when the TV, for example, jams.

What bios are you currently running? You can use CPU-z and go to the main board tab. It will do you which one.

There is a known stuttering bug with older bios'

There is your problem, You are using an old bios, I suggest updating and seeing if that solves your issue.

When you've done the bios update, you then need to clear CMOS, like this: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1040820/

then you should hopefully have the issue solved.
