Microphone Boost missing windows 8.1

Microphone is very low and there's no Microphone boost option

I tried installing High Definition Audio Codec from here but still didn't appear. I updated my entire PC from control panel fully.

Hello... what motherboard are you using? there should be a Audio chip on it that needs a MB device driver for it.

Try this direct from the VIA website... http://www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp for the VT1705 and the 5.1 option to be recognized in Windows.

Downloading the file on 6.8 KB/s, looks like their servers are slow or something like that. I have around 15mb internet speed.

Will take a while to download this, probably around 100mb.
I'll post here after finishing with installing the driver.

Hello... Yes... it is the Taiwan site they can be slow... But they have the latest updates available for you MB hardware and Windows.

Wow! it was downloading pretty slow but worked! Dudeeee i can't believe my problem is fixed! thanks soo much!!!!!!!! yeahhh now i have even stereo mix!

Here's the download of the driver for windows 8 and 8.1 (64bit) in ultra fast speed if somebody needs.
I'm posting this because I know many people look for solutions on the internet and it refers them to this website.
