Microphone buzz help

Hello there! i wanted to ask if somebody can help me with buzzing on my mic.So i was using this mic for almost 2-3 weeks,and it worked really well,i had the problem with talking volume,it was really quiet,then i fixed it.It was workin well but i wanted to talk with my friend and play something together,and then they were hearing something like "MMMMMMM" noise.

So i got on Control Pannel > Sounds > Recordings then i found out that my mic had every bars filled with green.Everything was working well before,i was trying to fix it,watched alot of tutorials but none of them worked.So if its there any way i can fix this,be sure to leave some comments that might help.Thank you! if you need more informations,im there.

Adjusting your sound settings could resolve a buzzing sound. Check that the microphone volume is not set too high, and turn off any boost options. Sound settings that are too strong may over amplify the sound and cause buzzing.
