Microphone Buzzes When I Talk

Hey,

I have a SB Audigy LS And whan i have my mic setup and go to Sound Recorder and talk there is this loud BUZZZZZ noise while im talking. I can't seem to find out what it is?

Try turning off mic boost or turning down the mic a little.
