Hello everyone, I have this Hyperx Cloud Stinger headphones for a long time and they work fantastic. However, when I want to record something with the microphone on, I hear constant static noise and it's very annoying.
When I turn on the playback of the microphone, from the moment I plug in the 3.5mm jack, that noise is heard all the time. Regardless of whether I went to the sound settings and reduced the microphone volume to 0. This started happening after I installed Windows 11. The old classic Realtek drivers do not work for me, but there is only the Realtek Audio Console, which does not seem to work at all. Noise suppression works the same whether it is on or off, AEC too.
Realtek Drivers I have: 6.0.9222.1
Motherboard: Asus Prime a320m-k
I assume that the problem is actually in the microphone and that if I want a better sound, I need to get a better microphone. But, I also have the feeling that there is some problem with the noise suppression since it worked much better for me on Windows 10.
