Question Microphone from HyperX Cloud 2 not working

Hi.
Please help me because i dont know what to do anymore
Bought for few weeks 1 HyperX Cloud 2 Headphones, and my microphone isnt woirking...
If I plug out of the headphones and plug in PC it recognise it..
When i plug in back in my headphones it doesnt recognise it anymore..
Could my headphone be broken ?

are you using the usb extention cable? if not you'll probably need a headset mic splitter something like thishttps://www.walmart.com/ip/Headphon...=129437429&wl11=online&wl12=958534002&veh=sem

thanks for your answer
im not using splitter because i didnt have in the headset box ...
i thought this new headsets , is normal to plug in the mic in my headset and just recognise it... so no .. ?
should i have to try with this ?
