Question Microphone has become loose on HyperX Cloud Stinger

After 6 months the microphone on my headphones are now loose, they don't stay in place to where I set in and just start to drop down which affects the volume of my voice when using voice chat. Anyone know of a fix to this?

Contact their warranty support, or take them apart and look at why it's loose and tighten it. Of-course popping things off them to get to the mic connector may break other things and I don't see any sort of tear-down guide for those so warranty is the best bet.
