microphone issue windows 10

Hello everyone i have problem with microphone. I instalalled last audio drivers and the microphne doesn't work, but whe i delede realtek audio driver from control panel and restart the pc the microphne work perfect. After a few restarst windows 10 instal automaticaly the driver and again mic doesn't work. My OS is Win 10 pro 64 bit. Sorry for bad english
