Question Microphone issue

I have a problem with my headset, everything used to work fine, but now it doesn't pickup my voice anymore. I've tried everything i tried switching the cables like the green one to the pink and the pink one to the green one. When i do that i'm able to speak into my ear cup but my microphone still doesn't work. Normally plugged, i hear everything just the mic doesn't work.

I have an Sharkoon RUSH ER2 as headset

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

RAM 16 GB

Operating System Windows 10

Are you using the front panel to connect your headset or the rear I/O? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drives? Which version of the OS are you on?

I've tried using both front panel and the rear one, same result. I have updated my BIOS, and i tried reinstalling and installing my audio drivers.
